If you use two masturbation sleeves inside the pump the sensations are incredible. When I first used the pump with just one sleeve, the sleeve moves to the top of the pump and you have to stop masturbating and pull the sleeve back down to the opening of the pump. The combination of using a two sleeves inside a pump will produce sensations better than any masturbation device. In fact, someone should manufacture a masturbating machine like the ones produced for women called fucking machines.
